Adult Learn-to-Row Clinic

For rowers over the age of 18 and no longer in high school

Rowing Graphic

No experience necessary.  Anyone can row. Rowing is a full body workout, strengthens your core muscles and utilizes all of your major muscle groups.  It is also low or no impact and an aerobic workout.  It is the only sport you’ll ever do sitting on your butt going backwards……..

The clinics are held at Harsha Lake, East Fork State Park, Bethel, Ohio at the Clermont Crew boathouse

We are building interest in a summer 2015 Learn To Row Clinic. Please contact us if you are interested!

Clinic dates:

Rower must be able to pass a swim test on the first day of the clinic (treading water, swim strokes and needs to be able to don a life jacket while treading water), lift 35 pounds overhead, and bend your knees to the squat position.
