No experience necessary. Anyone can row. Rowing is a full body workout, strengthens your core muscles and utilizes all of your major muscle groups. It is also low or no impact and an aerobic workout. It is the only sport you’ll ever do sitting on your butt going backwards……..

Rower must be able to pass a swim test on the first day of the clinic (treading water, swim strokes and needs to be able to don a life jacket while treading water), lift 35 pounds overhead, and bend your knees to the squat position.
